I had a great stay here in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were impressive, particularly the gym and the breakfast. The location is convenient, with a park nearby.

The Cinar restaurant near the airport provides a stunning view of the fields of Ganca and a great location in the city center. The spacious rooms have excellent bathroom supplies and the personnel is responsive. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including fresh juice.

The HVAC system is faulty and the rooms can get uncomfortably hot.

The hotel location was quite convenient, being close to the city center but just far enough away from all the noise and traffic. The staff was also very welcoming and friendly, always willing to help and accommodate any requests we had. the hotel offered a great breakfast selection and the rooms were cleaned every day.

The internet connection was extremely slow and unreliable, making it difficult to get any work done or even just browse the web. Finally, some of the facilities seemed quite outdated and could use some updating, such as the old mattresses and worn-out furniture.

We had a great city break at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were a real bonus, and we enjoyed using the gym and sauna during our stay. The hotel's location was perfect for us, with easy access to the main tourist sites and shopping areas. Plus, the breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great selection of hot and cold dishes to choose from.

Our only complaint is that the hotel is quite far from the city center, so it's not ideal for those who want to be in the heart of the action. Additionally, some parts of the hotel felt a bit dated and could use a refresh. However, overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay in the city.

This hotel boasts exclusive amenities such as an amazing Spa & Wellness Centre, Indoor Swimming Pool, Sauna, Bar/Lounge area, and an outdoor dining area. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with luxurious facilities that made our stay very comfortable. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel very welcome and ensuring that our needs were always met.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the breakfast buffet had limited options and was not as varied as we had expected at the price point of the hotel. However, the quality of the food was very good and more than made up for the lack of options.
